Professor Susskind (MIT) is one of America’s most experienced public and environmental dispute mediators, and leading figure in the dispute resolution field. He has mediated more than fifty complex disputes related to the siting of controversial facilities, the setting of public health and safety standards.

Dr. Megan Ma is the Executive Director of the Stanford Legal Innovation through Frontier Technology Lab (liftlab). Her research focuses on the use and integration of generative AI in legal applications and the translation of legal knowledge to code, considering their implications in contexts of human-machine collaboration. Her particular focus is on questions of legal education and the future of practice in light of new technological developments.

Eddie is the co-founder of LegalZoom. He has started and operated multiple companies with a total valuation in excess of three billion dollars. In his current role as a Partner and Member of the Board at Simon-Kucher, he specializes in developing high-growth revenue strategies, conducting effective go-to-market planning, and achieving recurring revenue excellence.

Professor Mollick (Wharton) studies the effects of AI on work, entrepreneurship, and education. His research has been published in leading journals, and his work on AI is widely applied, leading him to be named one of TIME Magazine’s Most Influential People in Artificial Intelligence. He is also the Co-Director of the Generative AI Labs at Wharton.

Professor Prescott (U. Michigan Law School) founded Court Innovations Inc. and developed Matterhorn, an online dispute resolution platform that helps people facing warrants, fines, minor charges, and other legal issues resolve their disputes online. Prof. Prescott’s current research includes exploring the role of technology in improving access to justice and legal decision-making.
